Methods of delivery and receiving

When ordering from the Alkostosre.ee e-shop, you can pick up the goods yourself in the store or Drive-in, order the goods to the SmartPost parcel machine or use the courier service for delivery.

I pick up the goods myself in the store.

You can pick up the goods from the following stores:

Tallinn, Lootsi 8 store –  You can pick up from 10:00 to 20:00

Tallinn, Mere pst.6 – You can pick up from 10:00 to 20:00

The purchased goods will be delivered within 3 working days at the latest, but if we have completed the order earlier, we will send a notice by e-mail or call you if you have provided a telephone number. No packing charges will be added to the order.

The ordered products will be received during the opening hours of the stores upon presentation of the order number, and the goods will be handed over only to 18+ adults, on the basis of a document submitted for age verification.

I pick up the goods myself at the Drive-in of Mere pst.6 store.

Drive-in  is open at the following times:

Tallinn, Mere pst.6 – from 10:00 to 20:00

After receiving the order completion confirmation, drive the car to the Drive – in zone behind the building of Tallinn, Mere pst.6. Press the button and say the order number. The customer service will bring your order to the car.

You can also pay for the products on site with a card without leaving the car.

If the customer does not pick up the goods within 7 calendar days, the customer is considered to have withdrawn from the contract. We will return the payment for the purchase as soon as possible, but not later than within 14 calendar days, to the same account from which the purchase was paid for.

I order goods to SmartPost parcel machine

When ordering to SmartPost parcel machine, a delivery fee is added to the price.

Goods purchased from Monday to Thursday will arrive at the parcel machine the day after the purchase, and goods purchased from Friday to Sunday no later than the following Tuesday. The parcel arrives at Saaremaa and Hiiumaa parcel machines within 3 working days. We provide the SmartPost service only within the borders of the Republic of Estonia.

The Customer is notified of the arrival of the goods to the parcel machine by  SMS message, which contains a unique door code for opening the door. Instructions for using the code and opening the parcel compartment can be found on the parcel machine’s touch screen.

In the case of orders for alcoholic beverages, the goods will be received from the parcel machine between 10.00 and 22.00 (or until the closing time of the vending machine location, if the location is closed before 22.00). In addition to the door code, it is necessary to enter the ID card and PIN code to identify the age when receiving alcohol products.

If the customer does not remove the goods from the parcel machine within 7 days, the customer is considered to have withdrawn from the contract. We will return the payment for the order minus postage as soon as possible, but not later than within 30 calendar days, to the same account from which the purchase was paid for.

I use the Jet Express courier service

If you choose a courier to deliver the goods, a delivery fee will be added to the order. The fee is generated in the shopping cart according to the region and weight. Courier transport takes place only within the borders of the Republic of Estonia.

The goods will be delivered directly to the address indicated in the order.

Delivery time to the largest cities in Estonia is 1-2 working days, to rural areas 1-2 working days and to islands 1-3 working days between 10:00 and 17:00.

The exact time of delivery of  is agreed with the courier and Customer before delivery of the goods by telephone.

Orders containing alcoholic beverages will only be handed over to 18+ adults on the basis of an age verification document.

If the delivery of the order fails due to incorrect contact details entered by the customer or the customer is under 18 years of age, the amount paid by the customer minus the transport costs shall be refunded as soon as possible, but not later than within 30 calendar days to the same account.
