Alkostore.ee e-store terms of use

1.1. These terms and conditions include the terms and conditions of using the webshop service of alkostore.ee (“Service”) and the mobile application of Alkostore.ee (“Service”). Use of the Service requires acceptance of these terms of use.

1.2. The user of the service (“customer”) agrees to the terms and conditions and agrees to comply with these terms and conditions when using the service. The service also includes notices and user manuals specifying these terms. Alkostore.ee reserves the right to change the content of the Service and these terms. By using the service, the customer agrees to the changes. The conditions valid at the time are on the alkostore.ee website.

1.3. The service and its content belong to alkostore.ee. The service can be viewed, browsed and printed for the Client’s own personal use. However, the text or images contained in the service may not be used for commercial purposes or in any other way that infringes the intellectual property rights of alkostore.ee. The bulletin published on the service may be used for journalistic purposes, provided that the source of the information is mentioned. The customer is responsible for fines arising from the unauthorized use of copyrighted material by alkostore.ee and its potential partners.

  1. Registration

2.1. The customer is a consumer or business customer who registers for the use of the service. The client is a person who has reached the age of 18 or more. Business customer means a legal entity with a valid business ID.

2.2. The customer can order products in the service either after registering as a user of the service or without registration. The business customer must have a valid business ID, which he enters into the service when registering.

2.3. In order to order products, the customer must agree to the order and delivery conditions and meet the requirements specified. If the customer does not fulfill the requirements, alkostore.ee reserves the right to refuse to sell the products or deliver them to the customers.

2.4. When registering for the Service, the customer creates a username and password. Username is the Customer’s e-mail address. This is how the customer registers as a user of the Service.

2.5. In the case of business customers, alkostore.ee has the right to check, through a third-party service provider, whether the person has the right to represent the company in question.

  1. Use of the Service

3.1. Purchasing products and using services is allowed for a customer who is at least 18 years old. The Client is responsible for the accuracy of the information entered in the Service. Alkostore.ee is not responsible for damages caused to the customer or a third party due to incorrect information provided by the customer. The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided to the Service Provider and for the use and storage of the username and password. Username and password are always personal.

3.2. The Client commits to use the service only in accordance with the law and good practices.

3.3.Alkostore.ee has the right to refuse registration and, if necessary, close the Customer’s username and block the use of the Service.
