Terms of sale

- General terms
1.1. These terms and conditions of sale of the alkostore.ee e-store (e-shop) (terms and conditions) are valid when purchasing from the alkostore.ee e-store from the Internet address https://www.alkostore.ee The seller of the goods is Liviko AS (the seller), address Masina 11 Tallinn 10143, registry code 10117341, phone +372 683 7744, e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org. The Terms and Conditions apply to all legal relations between the persons (the customer) and the seller regarding the purchase of goods through the e-store of AS Liviko alkostore.ee.
1.2. The Seller has the right to change and supplement the terms and conditions by publishing the new terms and conditions on the internet address https://www.alkostore.ee. If the customer placed the order before the changes to the terms came into force, the terms and conditions in force at the time of placing the order shall apply to the legal relationship between the customer and the seller.
1.3. Before making a purchase, the customer can save, print and, if necessary, reproduce the conditions, and the customer agrees with the conditions when making a purchase from the alkostore.ee e-store.
1.4. In addition to the Terms and Conditions, the legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia applies to making a purchase from the alkostore.ee e-store.
- PLACING AN ORDER
2.1. Orders can be made in the alkostore.ee e-shop either by logging in as a customer or without logging in.
2.2. The customer selects the desired goods from the alkostore.ee e-store and adds them to the shopping cart.
2.4. Alcohol is sold only to adult customers who have confirmed that they are at least 18 years old when placing an order. The age of the customer is verified upon delivery of the goods containing alcohol, and the seller may refuse to deliver such goods if the customer is unable to prove his age when receiving the goods.
2.5. The customer chooses the method and place of delivery of the order.
2.6. The customer confirms the shopping cart and pays for the goods in the payment environments offered by the seller. Before paying the invoice, the customer checks that the information provided in the invoice corresponds to the customer’s actual request.
2.7. After paying for the goods, the customer must click on the link “Back to the merchant”.
2.8. The seller sends a confirmation and invoice to the customer by e-mail regarding the order and payment.
2.9. The sales contract between the seller and the customer enters is confirmed as soon as the purchase is paid by the customer and is received in full on the seller’s account.
2.10.The seller will refund the customer for the goods that cannot be assembled within 14 days at the latest.
- PRICE OF GOODS, PAYMENT OPTIONS, CUSTOMER CARD BENEFITS
3.1. All prices of goods sold in the alkostore.ee e-store are shown in euros and include VAT.
3.2. The customer card discounts are valid for the customer who has logged in alkostore.ee e-shop. The customer card discount does not extend to promotional tobacco products and delivery fees. The terms and conditions of the customer card are available at www.alkostore.ee/customer card and discount in the e-shop.
3.3. The customer pays the sale price of the goods and the delivery fee in full in advance for the order. Payment takes place outside the alkostore.ee e-store in a secure environment – all payment data, including payment link data, is mediated by SEB Bank and all data on payment links of Finnish Internet banks are mediated by the ESTO AS Registry code 14180709 Address Laeva st 2, 10111, Tallinn, Estonia E-mail email@example.com Contact phone +372) 622 52 52. The seller does not have access to the customer’s bank and credit card details.
3.4. If the customer does not choose to pick up the ordered goods at Tallinn, Mere pst.6, Lootsi 8 himself, the delivery price of the goods will be added to the sales price, which will be displayed when placing the order.
3.5. You can pay for the goods in the ways shown in the online environment of the alkostore.ee e-store. A service fee may be added to the cost of the order in accordance with the agreement concluded between the customer and the issuer of the bank or credit card.
4.Receiving of goods
4.1. When ordering from the Alkostosre.ee e-shop, you can pick up the goods yourself in the store, Drive-in, order the goods to the SmartPost parcel machine or use the courier service for delivery.
4.2.Receiving of goods in stores.
4.2.1. The goods are delivered in the following stores:
Tallinn, Lootsi 8 store – Delivery takes place from 10:00 to 20:00
Tallinn, Mere pst.6 – Delivery will take place from 10:00 to 20:00
4.2.2. The purchased goods will be received within 3 working days at the latest, but if we have completed the order earlier, we will send a notice of that by e-mail or call you if you have indicated the telephone number. No packing charges will be added to the order.
4.2.3. The ordered products can be received during the opening hours of the stores upon presentation of the order number and the goods will be handed over only to 18+ adults, on the basis of a document for age verification
4.2.4. The seller is not liable for the damage caused to the customer if, for reasons beyond the seller’s control, third parties have received a copy of the invoice or a unique order number and the goods have been received by the wrong person.
4.2.5..If the customer does not pick up the goods within 7 calendar days, the seller considers that the customer has canceled the order and the seller returns the payment to the customer as soon as possible, but not later than within 14 calendar days to the same account from which the purchase was paid.
4.3.Receiving goods from the parcel machine
4.3.1. When ordering to SmartPost parcel machine, a delivery fee is added to the price.
4.3.2. Goods purchased from Monday to Thursday will arrive at the parcel machine on the day following the purchase, goods purchased from Friday to Sunday no later than the following Tuesday. The parcel arrives at Saaremaa and Hiiumaa parcel machines within 3 working days. We provide the SmartPost service only within the borders of the Republic of Estonia.
4.3.3. The Customer shall be notified of the arrival of the goods at the parcel machine by an SMS message containing a unique code for opening the door. Instructions for using the code and opening the parcel compartment can be found on the parcel machine’s touch screen.
4.3.4. In the case of orders for alcoholic beverages, the goods can be received from the parcel machine between 10.00 and 22.00 (or until the closing time of the vending machine location, if the location is closed before 22.00). In addition to the door code, it is necessary to enter the ID card and PIN code to identify the age when receiving alcohol products.
4.3.5. The Seller shall not be liable for damage caused to the customer if, for reasons beyond the control of the seller, third parties have received a copy of the invoice or a unique order number and the goods have been received by the wrong person.
4.3.6. If the customer does not remove the goods from the parcel machine within 7 days, the customer is considered to have withdrawn from the contract. We will refund the purchase of the order minus postage as soon as possible, but not later than within 30 calendar days, to the same account from which the purchase was paid.
4.4.Receiving goods by courier
4.4.1. If you choose a courier to deliver the goods, a delivery fee will be added to the order. The fee is generated in the shopping cart according to the region and weight. Courier transport takes place only within the borders of the Republic of Estonia.
4.4.2. The goods are delivered to the users of the courier service directly to the address indicated on the order.
4.4.3.Delivery time to the largest cities of Estonia is 1-2 working days, to rural areas 1-2 working days and to islands 1-3 working days between 10:00 and 17:00.
4.4.4. The exact time of delivery of the goods shall be agreed by the courier with the customer before delivery of the goods by telephone.
4.4.5. An order containing alcoholic beverages will be handed over only to 18+ adults.
4.4.6.If the delivery of the order fails due to incorrect contact details entered by the customer or the customer is under 18 years of age, the customer will be refunded the amount paid by him, minus the transport costs as soon as possible, but not later than within 14 calendar days.
4.6. Inspection of goods
4.6.1. When receiving the goods, the customer agrees to open the product packaging carefully, without damaging the packaging and products. If the customer has damaged the packaging due to negligence, if the product packaging is damaged, the seller has the right to demand compensation for the damage caused when returning the goods. If the product packaging cannot be opened without damaging / breaking, the customer is not responsible for the damaged packaging.
4.6.2.If the customer discovers that wrong or defective goods have been sent to him or the goods do not reach the customer in good condition and in a sealed package, the seller’s customer service must be notified immediately. firstname.lastname@example.org Tel. +372 683 7744
4.6.3. The seller is responsible for the goods purchased by the customer during its transportation. From the moment of receiving the goods, the risk of damage or loss of the goods passes to the customer.
4.7.Delivery conditions during public holidays
4.7.1. In case of orders placed during public holidays and New Year’s Eve, delivery times may be longer due to the large number of orders, but alkostore.ee will do its best to fulfill all orders on time.
- PROCESSING OF CUSTOMERS PERSONAL DATA
5.1. The Seller processes the personal data entered by the customer in the alkostostre.ee e-shop (incl. Name, telephone number, address, e-mail address, telephone) primarily for fulfilling the order and delivering the goods to the customer in accordance with the seller’s data protection conditions.
5.2. The personal data of customers logged in to the Alkostre.ee e-store are processed in accordance with the seller’s data protection conditions.
- RETURN OF GOODS, WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT AND REFUNDS
6.1. AS Liviko has the right to withdraw from the sales contract concluded via the alkostore.ee e-store without sanctions and not to deliver the ordered goods or not to provide the service in the following cases:
6.1.1.If the buyer is under 18 years of age;
6.1.2.The goods have run out of stock or the supplier has a procurement problem;
6.1.3.The price or properties of the goods have been displayed incorrectly in the e-shop due to a system error;
6.1.4. The amount paid for the goods has not been received in the bank account of AS Liviko.
6.2.If Liviko is unable to fulfill the order, the buyer will be contacted and the paid amount will be refunded if the buyer has managed to prepay for the goods immediately, but not later than within 14 calendar days to the same account from which the purchase was paid.
6.3. Return of goods
6.3.1. According to the legislation of the Republic of Estonia and the European Union, the consumer’s right to withdraw from the contract and return the goods does not extend to alcoholic beverages.
6.3.2.If the goods are wrong or defective, you must notify us immediately when receiving the goods at the e-mail address email@example.com or call the contact phone +372 683 7744, or the shop where the purchase was made.

You can exchange the wrong or defective goods on the basis of a purchase receipt or invoice. Return costs are paid by Liviko AS.
6.4. Return of goods by agreement
6.4.1. Only orders for which the customer submits to agreement containing both parties in writing are subject to return. Only unopened products with undamaged packaging are refundable. We only accept products that are sold in a box or case in a sealed form. Open beer and vodka cases and wine boxes are not refundable. We accept returns within 14 days of the sale on the basis of a purchase receipt or invoice.
- SUBMISSION OF CLAIMS AND LIABILITY
8.1. The Client is recommended to submit a claim by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. The claim must state the customer’s name and contact details, the date of submission of the claim, the defect in the goods and the content of the claim, and include a purchase receipt or invoice certifying the purchase.
8.2. The Seller shall not be liable for any damage or any other consequences arising from incorrect information provided by the customer during the execution of the order, including delay in delivery, if it is due to circumstances beyond the seller’s control.
8.3. The seller is not liable for damages caused by improper use of the ordered goods.
8.4. Disputes arising between the seller and the customer shall be resolved by the parties through negotiations. If the agreement is not reached, the customer has the right to turn the Consumer Environment Department of the Consumer Protection and Technical Surveillance Authority (Pronksi 12 Tallinn 10117, https://www.ttja.ee) and the Consumer Disputes Committee (Pronksi 12 Tallinn 10117, http://www.kiatt.ee) out of court. or Harju County Court. In addition, the European Union’s electronic environment for resolving complaints with e-traders, open to all customers, is the ODR (Online Dispute Resolution) platform at http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
